Green Eggs and Ham?

I am always shocked by the things that the folks in the science and technology fields are coming up with. I often have NO idea why in God's GREEN earth we need the things that they make. Notice the reference to green. OK. I just read (and you can too) that scientists created GREEN pigs for stem cell research. OH my OH my. Green Eggs and Ham anyone? Ewh. I would rather starve than eat some genetically engineered pork. Ehw. I like my pork pink. (I am soo cracking up right now.)
